Tell me, who doesn’t love or want to live in a commercial, industrial warehouse conversion???? I know it would be a dream space for me. I came across this beauty designed by the uber cool Paola Navone. It’s prior life was a tobacco factory. I don’t know about you, but I would say it’s new life is being put to much better use, not to mention a lot more chic looking.

Have you ever seen a space so delectable??? The color palette is a dream, the floor transitions are amazing, the pattern in the tile that defines areas rather than walls is genius. I’m in love with the perforated screens over the staircases, and I wonder if they are original to the building? The softness that the curtains add is magical. Yup, I could move into this space and feel completely at home. Wicked design Paola!!!!!
